Rebecca Csoke is a Clinical Psychologist and the Director of MyChoice Psychology. Married with adult children, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her practice, recognising that while life presents inevitable challenges, there is always hope for healing and growth.
Rebecca holds undergraduate and honours degrees in psychology, a Diploma in Theology, and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Charles Darwin University. Her professional training includes EMDR, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and Circle of Security facilitation. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, and has experience supporting a broad range of presentations including trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, psychosis, post-stroke recovery, and behavioural supports for traumatic brain injury.
Her practice is grounded in Feedback Informed Therapy and evidence-based approaches, ensuring treatment is collaborative, responsive, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. Rebecca’s warmth, empathy, and non-judgemental style are her greatest strengths, helping to create a safe therapeutic environment where people feel heard, respected, and supported.
Rebecca is particularly committed to giving children a voice, strengthening family relationships, and helping individuals of all ages build meaningful connections. She believes that when people communicate openly and authentically, they not only heal but also grow. As she often says, “with a little help, there is hope for all.”
